Farewell Message to Sir John Brydges

At his request Lady Jane Grey wrote a farewell message to Sir John Brydges, the Lieutenant of the Tower of London. She wrote it in her prayerbook which she gave to Sir John on the scaffold. Howard and Taylor name him as Sir John Gage and Davey as Sir Thomas Brydges.
