The first part ‘Traitors’, looks at the bloody end of those found guilty of treason and includes the fate of Guy Fawkes.

In part two, ‘Executions’, ‘Suzannah and Joe…investigate the beheading of tragic Lady Jane Grey.’

The final part, ‘Scandal’, looks at the executions of Anne Boleyn and Katherine Howard and asks if they were ‘the victims of a cruel conspiracy?’ Also investigated is the ‘real-life Romeo and Juliet saga of Lady Arbella Stuart and William Seymour, whose tragic tryst came to a terrible end.’ (susannahlipscomb.com)
